Material: Prime hot rolled equal angles

Steel grade 1: st 3 kp acc. To gost 380-88

Chemical composition(element, %): 

C: 0.14 - 0.22; si: 0.05 max; mn: 0.30 - 0.60; p: 0.040 max; s: 0.050 max

Mechanical properties (as per tu 14-1-983-88 / gost 8509/93):

Tensile strength, rm, n/sq.mm:  360 – 460;

Yield point, rm, n/sq.mm: 235 min.

Elongation, %: 27 min.

Steel grade 2: st 3 sp/ps acc. To gost 380-88 (equivalent to st 37.2)

Chemical composition (elelment, %):

C: 0.14 - 0.22;  si: 0.05 - 0.30;  mn: 0.30 - 0.65; p: 0.040 max; s: 0.050 max.

Mechanical properties as per tu 14-1-983-88 / gost 8509/93:

Tensile strength, rm, n/sq.mm: 370 – 480;

Yield point, rm, n/sq.mm: 245 min.

Elongation, %: 26 min.

Steel grade 3: st 4 sp/ps (equivalent to st 44.2)

Steel grade 4: st 17g1s (equivalent to st 52.3)

Tolerances: as per din 1028 (or acc. To tu 14-1-983-88 / gost 8509/93)

Length tolerance: +/- 100 mm

Surface quality: The surface is free from cracks and radioactivity.

Packing: Fishbone tight packing in square bundles max. 3.5 - 5.0 mt. Each, securely tied, each bundle has 1 metal tag with marking. Each bundle has 2 slings for lifting purposes. Each bundle of 6 meters long is securely strapped with wire rod in 4 places. Each bundle of 12 meters long is securely strapped with wire rod in 6 places. Bundles will not be loose, material will not be twisted. One steel grade, size and length per bundle.

 Packing for 12000 mm length: Random tight packing in round bundles max. 3.5 mt. Each, securely tied, each bundle has 1 metal tag with marking. Other details as above.

Invoicing: against actual net weight.

Marking:           

 1. Marking on tags: The following marking is printed on the metal tags. Minimum 1 waterproof metal tag showing in unfading and water-resistant letters the shipping marks as below:

-code of the mill;

-made in ukraine;

-country;

-size;

-grade of steel;

-heat no.;

-weight;

-lot no.

2. Color marking: At one side the ends of material are painted in some color (buyer's option).

 Packing for 12000 mm length: Fishbone packing is not possible! Pls see above.
